I have made this Ottobre pattern a few times as it makes a great baby present (see here, the second picture here)
The pattern is Ottobre 3/2009 and the hat is Ottobre 1/2009.
The birthday table for my daughters party. This fabric is cotton curtain fabric from Hickeys Cork. I didn't get enough of the gingham so I added the polka dot to each end.
