I haven't written much about what goes on in my head for the last while, and mostly I haven't felt like I needed to write about it.

Mind you, the fact that I made Christmas bunting early in November, could prove otherwise, especially since I usually try to avoid thinking of Christmas until early December. My excuse is that I was making pink bunting for my daughters birthday, and I also had Christmas fabric since last year, so I just did it all together. It's amazingly easy to make.

I think that the lack of writing means that I am dealing better with negative thoughts. There are times when I wish I didn't have to continually battle with my thinking, and it can be difficult for me to see how much progress I've made. I would like to think that it would get, even a little bit, easier to avoid getting caught up in my thoughts.

  1. The bunting looks great! It's nice to have a few things ready before December, it makes you feel *organised* like you are in control!

  2. That's true, Karin, and the sense of accomplishment for finishing something small - all helps :)
